We work to prevent flaws and losses during the production and to control and reduce the variabilities that we could encounter during the process.
Our company works following the system requirements of the management of quality, following the UNI 9001:2008 specifications as indicated in the guide lines.
Standards for quality
For every project, we maintain high quality standards from the programming to the production and to the final phase of control (both visual and metrological)
Every component needs to pass strict tests to guarantee the good quality of the product which is usually part of combined engines that must work perfectly to ensure the functioning of the machine.
Considering that we work for delicate sectors as food, or health our operators are requested to be very precise and attentive, following accurately all the phases including the control of the supply chain of our external partners.
Customer satisfaction
Chiarini Machining s.r.l. has a great experience in certificating its components produced according to the IATF 16949 ISO 9001/2015 certificate for both civil and military field.
The military field provide for specific certifications and ministerial permits and after proving our quality, Chiarini machining obtained the article 28 of the T.U.L.P.S. in 2020, even on MIL-STD/MIL-PRF/MIL-SPECS.

In our Defence department, our operators work mixing handcraft tradition and extreme advanced technology to achieve the standards requested by our customers.
Whereas Chiarini machining works for a delicate sector, our company created a specific department located in the headquarter to control every phase of the supply chain.
To become more and more efficient in this field, Chiarini machining continues to invest in tools and resources.
